The Seven Islands of Sydney Harbour

What you will see

  • Round all of Sydney’s iconic islands including

    • historic Goat Island

    • Cockatoo Island

    • Snapper and Spectacle Islands

    • Fort Denison and the main harbour islands

The full day trip has it all and showcases the history of Sydney’s ‘working harbour’. The trip was inspired by one of the iconic annual Sydney Harbour yacht races which uses all harbour islands as rounding marks of the course. We plan to take it a little slower to allow close observation of the historic sites found on each of the islands. Many were working shipyards back in the day or have associations with the Royal Australian Navy. There are some great places to stop for lunch and drinks such as Woolwich or Berrys Bay or Lavender Bay.
